Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse (Healthcare)

Location: North Miami, Florida, United States; patient-facing home visits are required.

Salary: $53,000–$73,000 per year full-time equivalent estimate.

What you will do

• Provide nursing and personal care services to patients in their homes.
• Assess and document patient conditions, including monitoring vital signs.
• Administer medications, change bandages, and provide oxygen equipment and treatments.
• Teach patients and families safe techniques for mobility, hygiene, lifting, repositioning, and self-care.
• Follow professional standards, regulations, documented procedures, and assigned priorities.

Requirements

• Hold a Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• Maintain CPR, OSHA, HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, Alzheimer’s, Medical Errors, and Domestic Violence certificates.
• Complete tuberculosis screening as part of the patient-facing role.
• Have a valid in-state driver’s license, current vehicle registration, personal auto liability insurance with 100/300/100 limits, and no more than two driving-record points within the last three years.
