What you will do

• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs in patients' homes
• Ensure proper use of supplies and PPE and manage daily schedules using mobile technology
• Create warm and compassionate connections with diverse patients
• Label and coordinate sample drop-offs to labs or shipment facilities
• Operate independently with a focus on quality and professionalism

Requirements

• Must have valid state licensure or national certification and Basic Life Support certification
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance required
• Proof of vaccination or immunity for COVID-19 (including booster), MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, and TDaP
• Experience in venipuncture and phlebotomy with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and navigate patient homes physically
• Pass national background check and DMV check
