Salary: $116,000–$160,000 base compensation, with potential additional variable compensation.

What you will do

• Support strategic transformation initiatives for banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, and wealth management clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, industry regulations, and financial services opportunities.
• Develop business cases, growth strategies, operating model recommendations, and transformation roadmaps.
• Identify and apply data, analytics, AI, and generative AI opportunities to create measurable business value.
• Prepare executive presentations, strategic recommendations, research, benchmarking, and financial analyses.
• Facilitate client workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to proposals, account expansion, and business development.

Requirements

• MBA from a leading accredited university.
• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, transformation, or financial services advisory.
• Experience in banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, and/or insurance.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, AI, generative AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, executive presence, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and willingness to travel as required.

• Experience at a leading consulting firm or financial services organization.
• Experience with AI strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, or business case development.
• Knowledge of financial services technology, industry trends, and regulatory environments.
