Senior Consultant Financial Services - Risk & Regulatory

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work from home, the client site, or the Amsterdam office.

What you will do

• Execute transformation projects for financial services clients in Risk & Regulatory.
• Perform complex analyses, identify key issues and trends, and develop solutions and action plans.
• Apply and implement relevant methodologies, concepts, and tools within client organizations.
• Identify and develop commercial opportunities in collaboration with the consulting team.
• Guide other consultants in delivering projects and support their professional development.
• Deliver internal and external training based on your consulting expertise.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• At least four years of consulting experience in financial services Risk & Regulatory.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Dutch are required.
• Strong knowledge of financial-sector products, trends, and processes at a strategic or operational level.
• Ability to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independent working ability, and effective teamwork.
