Customer Success Manager (AI CRM)

Location: Remote, based in Poland

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic Corporate and Enterprise customers across DACH, Benelux, and Nordic markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to account stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Monitor and audit software implementation delivery processes and identify early risks affecting launches.
• Help customers achieve business outcomes through product consulting, value realization, and ROI improvement.
• Grow the customer portfolio through zero-churn management, cross-selling, and upselling.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with global Enterprise or Corporate customers.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, with executive-level communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, core systems, low-code/no-code solutions, or other corporate software.
• Experience managing or overseeing software implementation projects or corporate software customization.
• Strong customer-centric communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial acumen, including negotiation and renewal management, with excellent time-management and efficiency skills.
