Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Location: Remote within the United States; residence in the Central US region required.

Salary: $193,877–$242,346 USD annual OTE. A second listed range is $258,496–$323,120 USD.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a North East US team of Solutions Architects.
• Build a collaborative, customer-focused team culture.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling.
• Guide regional go-to-market strategy through insight into sales strategy and product gaps.
• Advocate for the team’s needs and help maintain a high talent bar through candidate sourcing and screening.

Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of direct frontline management experience, including recruiting, ramping, and retaining talent.
• Experience with data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must reside in the Central US region.

• Experience managing customer relationships in both pre-sales and post-sales capacities.
