What you will do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of roles across the Americas, particularly Mexico and Latin America.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, provide market intelligence, and advise on talent decisions.
- Assess and select candidates while delivering a consistent, engaging experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and contribute to regional and global talent attraction initiatives and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Talent Attraction, HR, and business teams across international markets to share best practices and achieve hiring outcomes.
- Apply local employment law and compliance knowledge when adapting global HR standards to regional and country requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, such as Human Resources.
- 3–5 years of agency or in-house full-cycle recruitment experience; in-house experience is preferred.
- Fluent English with excellent written, verbal, and comprehension skills is required.
- Experience with regional or multi-market recruitment and international stakeholder groups.
- Expert sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Hiring Assistant.
- Advanced knowledge of ATS, Workday, Microsoft Office tools, database management, sourcing platforms, employment law, stakeholder management, and recruitment strategy.
