What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, from employer promotion and sourcing to selection, onboarding verification, and candidate follow-up.
• Partner with leadership, HR, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with workforce and operational plans.
• Source candidates through Boolean search, targeted advertising, social media, professional networks, job fairs, local partnerships, and diversity sourcing.
• Track recruitment, contingent workforce, and hiring metrics including time to fill, time to hire, quality of hire, and conversion levels.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data and candidate records.
• Support interviews, communicate total rewards, verify credentials and eligibility, and improve the candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience managing the recruiting lifecycle and recruitment metrics.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills required.
• Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus the ability to manage data alongside an active requisition workload.
• Knowledge of recruiting technology, applicant tracking tools, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
