Location: Remote (Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica). Working hours: U.S. Business Hours (EST).

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to candidate presentation and interview coordination.
- Create engaging job postings and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner with clients and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Experience conducting structured interviews and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and video conferencing platforms.
- English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for remote or international positions.
- Agency or staffing firm recruitment experience.
- Advanced sourcing expertise across multiple industries and functional roles.
