What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing and screening to candidate presentation and interview coordination.
• Create engaging job postings and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Staffing.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience conducting structured interviews and managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and video conferencing platforms.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, or Costa Rica.
