Principal Technical Account Manager (Legal AI)

What you will do

• Own the technical health, escalation outcomes, and continuity of strategic accounts.
• Lead coordination, customer communication, and resolution for Sev1 and Sev2 incidents.
• Define escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-functional operating mechanisms.
• Maintain technical blueprints covering data setup, integrations, security, legal considerations, and workflow context.
• Run technical reviews and enablement sessions to deepen product adoption.
• Coordinate Platform Consultants, Technical Platform Experts, and Engagement Managers around customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience owning strategic, high-value B2B accounts.
• Experience leading incident response or major escalations from start to finish.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives and engineers using confirmed facts, explicit trade-offs, and named owners.
• Ability to build scalable frameworks and operating mechanisms rather than one-off workarounds.
• Experience handling high-stakes technical cases and customer-facing escalations.
