Technical Implementation Planner (Medical Devices)

Location: Kennewick, WA; remote work when not traveling, with on-site visits to prospective customer facilities as needed

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical contact for Sales-related inquiries, questionnaires, and RFPs during the pre-sales process.
• Own the Statement of Work process, documenting implementation deliverables, timelines, hardware, software configuration, training scope, and risks.
• Conduct pre-planning site assessments to evaluate hardware, network infrastructure, IT environments, physical space, power, and connectivity.
• Identify customer-side upgrades and hirify.global hardware configurations or accessories required for deployment.
• Prepare complete handoffs to Project Managers and coordinate preliminary timelines and resource needs with Installation and Training teams.
• Improve planning procedures, SOW templates, and site assessment checklists using team KPIs and implementation feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related technical field; PMP certification may be considered.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in implementation planning or project management.
• Strong written, oral, listening, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of medical device hardware, equipment compatibility, connectivity, and infrastructure requirements in clinical environments.
• Ability to manage multiple planning engagements and complete SOWs and site assessments within established timelines.
• Ability to travel to prospective customer sites as needed and work remotely when not traveling.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and managing Statements of Work in healthcare technology or medical device environments.
• Background in medical devices, healthcare technology, or complex equipment implementations.
• Experience conducting site assessments or technical evaluations in clinical or hospital environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare facility environments, clinical workflows, neurodiagnostic equipment, or hirify.global hardware and software.
