What you will do

• Own the technical health and escalation outcomes for strategic accounts, serving as the primary escalation point.
• Lead incident response for high-severity events, coordinating communication and resolution.
• Define escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-team processes to ensure consistency.
• Maintain technical blueprints including data setup, integrations, security, and workflow context.
• Drive product adoption through technical reviews and enablement sessions.
• Partner with engagement managers on business reviews linking technical health to outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must work onsite in Sydney, Australia
• Experience owning strategic, high-value B2B accounts and managing client confidence during incidents.
• Proven leadership in incident response and escalation management under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with both executives and engineers.
• Ability to build frameworks and raise standards across teams.
• Background in legal AI, legal tech, or regulated professional services is a strong plus.
