Logistics Product Manager

hirify.global is an early-stage logistics technology startup building an AI-native programmable platform for real-time delivery decisioning, execution, and capacity orchestration.

What you will do

• Design and deploy scalable logistics solutions based on customer delivery needs, order flows, and operational constraints.
• Use customer feedback and operational insights to shape product features, workflows, and internal tooling.
• Lead onboarding and expansion implementations for strategic customer accounts.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and delivery providers to troubleshoot edge cases and improve reliability at scale.
• Identify and advocate for roadmap initiatives that increase delivery volume, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead customer conversations, product demos, and strategic planning for new delivery models and regions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations strategy, logistics or supply chain, consulting, or startups.
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics, logistics systems, or API-driven platforms.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to build and launch solutions from 0 to 1.
• Interest in solving real-world operations problems through systems and software.
• Availability to work remotely from Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience with route optimization, dispatching, fleet management, or other delivery technology.
• Background in computer science or engineering.
