What you will do

• Lead comprehensive generative AI transformation programs from sales to delivery to drive adoption and business value.
• Design and facilitate workshops to uncover high-impact business opportunities using Amazon Quick and Gen AI offerings.
• Orchestrate high-level discussions and foster alignment among C-suite executives, line managers, and technologists.
• Support delivery teams with hands-on programming, blocker remediation, and the development of custom solutions.
• Craft strategic roadmaps to expand Amazon Quick's footprint across customer enterprises.
• Maintain trusting relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Generative AI Innovation Center and regional organizations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 7+ years of complex, large-scale project management experience (internal or external).
• 8+ years of experience with Data & AI technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Databases, or Storage.
• Strong executive presence with experience navigating interactions with VPs, Directors, and C-Suite executives.
• Proven ability to identify high-impact use cases and quantify measurable ROI.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience evaluating AI systems or working with highly scalable systems.
• Experience in vertical industry sales and delivery of contemporary services.
• Experience in business development, including complex agreements with integrators and ISVs.
• Experience with international sales and delivery for global Fortune 500 enterprise customers.
