What you will do

• Lead AI agent builds from inception to deployment, driving adoption and business impact.
• Design tailored agent development strategies for complex enterprise environments.
• Improve speed, quality, and consistency of agent builds through better systems, tooling, and automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful deployments.
• Drive data-driven decision making and build a high-performing AI agent development team.

Requirements

• Location: On-site in Australia
• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as implementations, consulting, product, or project management.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational skills with experience building scalable processes or playbooks.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with executives and operators.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with enterprise systems like Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Experience building new functions or operating models from the ground up.
• Power user of AI tools to transform workflows and increase efficiency.
