Integrations Engineer

What you will do

• Provide end-to-end client onboarding and support for integrations
• Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support materials
• Analyze client requirements and design technical solutions
• Manage implementation projects including quality, timelines, and risk
• Understand customer business problems and provide solutions using Sardine's technology
• Provide product feedback to internal teams

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis
• 3+ years B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical and business concepts
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliverables
• Experience with SQL querying, JSON payload analysis, API specs (OpenAPI), web development, and scripting (bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
