Integrations Engineer

Location: Remote within Australia

Salary: A$160,000–A$210,000 estimated annual base salary, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Support customers end to end throughout onboarding and implementation.
• Own API and SDK documentation, integration guides, and technical support materials.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and design solutions using platform capabilities.
• Manage implementation projects, timelines, quality, risks, and deliverables.
• Translate customer business problems and success criteria into scalable technical solutions.
• Share customer-driven product feedback with engineering, product, and post-sales stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementation management, integrations engineering, technical account management, solution architecture, or systems analysis.
• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payments, fraud, risk, or compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple projects through completion.
• Experience with basic SQL queries and JSON payload analysis.
• Experience with OpenAPI specifications, web development, and scripting using tools or languages such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
