Senior Scrum Master and Project Coordinator

What you will do

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple IT End User Services teams, facilitating planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and leadership on Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery models, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery metrics in Jira, maintain board health, and present progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Coordinate infrastructure, digital workplace, endpoint, office build, and workplace platform projects across Agile and waterfall workstreams.
• Coordinate AV and collaboration projects, including conference room builds, video-conferencing deployments, digital signage, and huddle space upgrades.
• Manage stakeholder communications, vendor coordination, project changes, governance activities, and operational handover.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, including at least 2 years in a senior, lead, or coaching capacity across multiple teams.
• 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience with project plans, RAID logs, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, digital workplace, or end user services environments.
• Proficiency with Jira for sprint management, backlog hygiene, and delivery metrics.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies for hybrid teams across multiple time zones.
• CSM or PSM I and CAPM certifications are required; experience with Agile maturity assessment, ITSM, AV or physical infrastructure projects, and enterprise Agile scaling is advantageous.

Nice to have

• PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, ICP-ACC, CAC, or SAFe Practice Consultant certification.
• Experience with AI productivity tools for meeting summaries, sprint forecasting, or automated reporting.
• Experience working with regional stakeholders across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
