Location: Hybrid in Zapopan, Mexico

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through implementation.
- Coordinate installation and deployment of enterprise software, system integration, and consulting engagements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including scope, schedules, budgets, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Development.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including progress, resources, risks, and metrics.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, and blockers while mediating conflicting priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methods and tools.
- Experience with enterprise technology implementations.
- Must be based in Zapopan, Mexico for a hybrid work arrangement.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Clarity (PPM) and Salesforce.
- Experience with OneNote.
