What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategic projects across multiple product lines and channels.
- Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to the Stage-Gate development process.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.
- Oversee capital and expense budgeting for large-scale projects.
- Conduct post-launch audits to ensure business profitability and target achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced New Product Development environment.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams using project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with mechanical product development and manufacturing practices.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time (domestic and international).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
