What you will do

• Lead end-to-end strategic projects across multiple product lines and channels.
• Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to the Stage-Gate development process.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Sourcing, and Manufacturing.
• Oversee capital and expense budgeting for large-scale projects.
• Conduct post-launch audits to ensure business profitability and target achievement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced New Product Development environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams using project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with mechanical product development and manufacturing practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time (domestic and international).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project.

• PMP certification.
