What you will do
- Own the delivery of multiple engineering projects, managing timelines, scope, quality, roadmaps, and project plans.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies to support reliable software releases.
- Facilitate Scrum events and Agile practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Gather requirements, refine user stories, and coordinate implementation across engineering, QA, analytics, and other teams.
- Coordinate release scheduling and approvals with stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and introducing practices that improve team performance and project outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software delivery and engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum practices, values, and principles.
- Experience coordinating software delivery across distributed and offshore teams.
- Excellent English and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
