What you will do

• Own the delivery of multiple engineering projects, managing timelines, scope, quality, risks, and dependencies.
• Build project roadmaps, plans, schedules, and documentation with technical leads and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum events and Agile practices, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate engineering, QA, analytics, and other cross-functional teams through software delivery and release activities.
• Gather requirements, refine user stories, and coordinate software release scheduling and approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and implementing effective delivery practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing software delivery and engineering projects.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating software delivery across distributed and offshore teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of Scrum practices, values, and principles.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
