roject Manager - EPC / Industrial Capital Projects

What you will do

• Lead capital Air Pollution Control projects ranging from equipment supply to full EPC execution.
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for correspondence and contract matters.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, technical requirements, and deliverables.
• Track project performance, cash flow, earned value, revenue recognition, risks, opportunities, and financial variances.
• Manage project changes, change orders, claims, contract negotiations, quality objectives, and HSE compliance.
• Drive project closeout, including punch lists, customer acceptance, final payments, lessons learned, and internal procedures.

Requirements

• At least 5–10 years of project management experience in heavy industry projects.
• Experience managing complex projects with accelerated schedules and multiple projects in different phases.
• Legally entitled to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• A technical degree is preferred; a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and PMP certification are advantageous.

Nice to have

• Experience in Air Quality Control, EPC projects, or large industrial installations.
• Working knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• PMP certification.
