What you will do

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and equipment suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure milestones are met on-site.
• Monitor budgets, cost forecasts, and financial impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review CAD layouts and engineering documents to ensure technical requirements are executed correctly.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large, complex capital projects in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Solid budgeting and cost-tracking experience.
• Ability to be on-site during critical project phases and travel up to 60%.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools.
