What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale energy and industrial infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, and commissioning.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance against master schedules, managing costs, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure all project documentation and reporting meet compliance and safety standards.
• Travel up to 15% for project site visits and team meetings.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial, power, or BESS projects.
• Proven experience managing projects with contract values of approximately $100M+.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing project leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen and experience working in a matrixed, global organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project experience.
• Power Plant or Substation project experience.
• PMP Certification.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
