Location: Mounds View, Minnesota, United States

Salary: $178,400–$267,600 per year, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering new product development and product lifecycle initiatives for interventional cardiology therapies.
• Define and manage program schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, risks, and issues.
• Track program performance through objectives, KPIs, schedule progress, risk burndown, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate strategic and executional alignment across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and partner functions.
• Prepare program updates, risks, and recommendations for leadership communication.
• Establish program governance and execution strategies aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with product development programs, project execution, risk management, and delivery of results.
• Ability to ensure compliance with design controls, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for roles below the Principal level.
• For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy applicable U.S. H-1B qualification requirements.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MS or MBA.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing small- and large-scale medical device product development programs through multiple phases.
• Experience with medical device product development processes, PDP, and design controls.
• Ability to influence without authority in a global, matrixed organization.
