Salary: $94,100–$141,100 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, skills, location, and internal and external market alignment.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale enterprise implementations involving hirify.global products, business workflow, capture, cloud fax, B2B EDI, and related technologies.
• Design, install, test, deploy, and support hirify.global solutions across customer environments.
• Gather and document business requirements, analyze existing processes, and recommend improved practices and system functionality.
• Develop implementation requirements, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, Statements of Work, and Letters of Engagement.
• Provide technical and project leadership, manage escalations, mitigate risks, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.
• Create test plans, user and training documentation, standard operating procedures, and deliver formal training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in professional services, consulting, systems implementation, systems engineering, managed services, or enterprise software support.
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, Windows Server, Azure, or Office 365.
• Expert knowledge of cloud implementation, systems administration, troubleshooting, and Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with networking and telecommunications infrastructure, including VoIP, FoIP, or CUCM.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, SQL, COM, REST APIs, and SQL script optimization; AI, prompt engineering, and agentic AI experience is strongly desired.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare systems.
• Familiarity with B2B EDI, cloud services, and enterprise content management systems.
• Experience with SAP, VMware, AWS, or GCP.
