Deployment Strategist (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington or Chicago, Illinois; in-office work required. Regular travel to customer sites is required.

Salary: $150,000–$225,000 base salary per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own customer deployments from kickoff through discovery, data migration, configuration, go-live, and ongoing adoption.
• Map procurement, engineering, finance, and IT processes into scalable system workflows.
• Map and validate data flows between the platform and ERP, PLM, and MES systems.
• Write SQL and GraphQL queries to validate migrations, investigate discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and support analytics.
• Configure approval chains, RFQs, supplier onboarding, purchasing, and other procurement workflows.
• Diagnose integration issues, support customers, and translate recurring challenges into product and engineering feedback.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience owning customer implementations, deployments, technical programs, or operational outcomes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative foundation and ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems.
• Technical fluency with SQL, API documentation, API testing tools such as Postman, and data or integration troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and create clear technical documentation.
• Experience independently managing customer relationships and complex implementations.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or otherwise qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing procurement processes such as MRP, sourcing, supplier quality, receiving, or three-way matching.
• Experience implementing or integrating ERP, PLM, or MES systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Epicor, Arena, or Teamcenter.
• Coding experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, space, energy, robotics, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Background in consulting, systems implementation, or solutions engineering.
