Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles.

Annual base pay: $81,150–$108,200 USD for candidates based in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives as a technical resource throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Conduct technical discovery and understand customer environments, workflows, and integration needs.
• Support proof-of-concept evaluations and architect solutions aligned with customer goals and existing technology investments.
• Discuss APIs, integrations, data flows, implementation considerations, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, Implementation Consulting, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Experience presenting software solutions, delivering product demonstrations, gathering technical requirements, and recommending solutions.
• Solid understanding of SaaS applications, cloud technologies, enterprise software architectures, APIs, integrations, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 25%.
