Move Money Solutions Hotline Specialist (Fintech)

Location: On site in El Paso, Texas, or Orlando, Florida

Salary: USD $26.44–$31.25 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Support internal and external clients through inbound and outbound calls related to money movement.
• Review and evaluate risks associated with check requests, check deposits, and domestic and international wire transfers.
• Research client questions, operational issues, and special requests using email, telephone, and internal inquiry systems.
• Educate clients and internal partners on money-movement products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate high-risk situations, handle complex calls, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Collaborate with branch and internal partners while mentoring peers and supporting business initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of client service or operations experience in the brokerage or financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent operational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage complex work.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of securities-industry regulatory, audit, and compliance policies.
• Ability to work independently, learn the business quickly, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
