Support Associate (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $30–$38 per hour for full-time non-exempt employment, plus equity.

What you will do

• Respond to client support issues through phone, email, and live chat within the estate planning product.
• Use documentation and training materials to diagnose, resolve, and escalate support tickets.
• Coordinate resources during escalations and manage user or partner issues through resolution.
• Investigate issues outside documented cases and communicate findings to the Success Team.
• Create and maintain Knowledge Base and FAQ documentation.
• Analyze customer inquiries, provide chatbot feedback, and help improve AI support systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or implementation.
• Experience in estate planning, financial services, or legal services is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer rapport, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve escalated issues with speed, empathy, patience, and sound judgment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work with ambiguity, collaborate across the organization, and learn new technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
