GTM Systems Analyst

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $114,000–$144,000 annually, plus benefits, potential equity, and potential bonus.

What you will do

• Support more than 200 users across Sales, Marketing, Customer Advocates, Delivery Services, and Finance.
• Own day-to-day requests across Salesforce and connected go-to-market tools, including troubleshooting, access management, and enhancements.
• Triage requests by urgency and business impact, distinguishing system issues from user guidance needs and broader process gaps.
• Contribute to longer-term GTM systems projects through sprint-based workflows and project plans.
• Run recurring data-governance activities and identify opportunities for automation, documentation, training, and self-service.
• Handle sensitive business information and customer contracts with discretion.

Requirements

• Salesforce Administrator certification, active progress toward certification, or equivalent Salesforce experience.
• Professional Salesforce administration experience, with approximately one year potentially sufficient for certified candidates.
• Experience supporting GTM planning or systems-change cycles and meeting project deadlines.
• Familiarity with agile or sprint-based workflows and tools such as Asana.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to translate business needs into systems requirements.
• Sound judgment, integrity, discretion, and a service-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesloft, Outreach, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, Fullcast, Clay, or similar GTM tools.
• GovTech, public-sector sales, or complex-sales-cycle SaaS experience.
• Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, case management, or other customer-facing experience.
