TL;DR
Grant Operations Systems Analyst (Salesforce): Managing Salesforce administration, support, and enhancements for internal and external users with an accent on GMS and CRM optimization. Focus on building custom objects, automating workflows via Flows, and ensuring data quality for grantmaking processes.

Location: Must be based in Washington State (priority given to candidates in Asotin, Clallam, Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Klickitat, Lewis, Okanogan, Skagit, or Walla Walla counties). Hybrid options available for those near Seattle or Pasco offices.

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration for 80 internal and 1000 external users.
  • Build and maintain system objects, connectors, fields, dashboards, and complex workflows.
  • Implement and maintain Salesforce platform integrations, including Conga, DocuSign, and Sage Intacct.
  • Perform discovery for new business needs, documenting requirements and customization specifications.
  • Support grants data analysis by producing reports and dashboards for finance, audit, and tax purposes.
  • Design and conduct onboarding and ongoing system training for staff and grantees.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting Salesforce.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a nonprofit and/or grantmaking organization.
  • Experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and managing external user accounts.
  • Ability to build custom objects and troubleshoot Salesforce automation (Flows).
  • Must be based in Washington State and able to travel throughout the state (20-25%).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat DC.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Business Analyst).
  • Experience with Monday.com for project tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in indigenous languages or other languages used within Washington communities.
