Applications Analyst - Costpoint Experience

Location: Remote candidates accepted; role is associated with Mojave, California, United States. Travel expected 10–15%.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus eligibility for up to a 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Administer enterprise applications, including user accounts, access permissions, security profiles, licenses, and system configurations.
• Lead or support new application implementations, re-implementations, system restructuring, and process migrations.
• Analyze business processes and user requirements, translating operational needs into technical application solutions.
• Provide primary user support by diagnosing and resolving application errors and complex system bugs.
• Coordinate software updates, patches, feature rollouts, testing, and maintenance with vendors and partners.
• Create user guides, document configurations, and deliver onboarding and ongoing end-user training.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an Application Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar hybrid technical-functional role.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Costpoint.
• Experience leading new implementations or re-implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of user provisioning, permissions, and security profiles.
• Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent applicable experience.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience administering and supporting Jira.
• Exposure to aerospace manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance operations.
• Experience with project and task management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, or Monday.com.
• Understanding of relationships between ERP, MRO, MES, PDM, and PLM systems.
• Experience with regulated environments and standards such as ITAR, AS9100, ISO 27001, NIST, or FAR regulations.
