Location: Hybrid role in the Seattle, WA metropolitan area; US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency required
Salary: $155,500–$242,000 base compensation annually

What you will do
- Own the migration strategy and execution from legacy PDM and process-planning systems into Siemens Teamcenter.
- Lead legacy-to-Teamcenter data-model mapping and define transformation rules with solution architects.
- Plan and run dry-runs and cutover activities by configuration applicability for active aerospace programs.
- Drive data-quality evaluation, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation against the quality framework.
- Estimate migration duration and lead-time, manage delivery progress, and report status.
- Lead a blended onshore–offshore migration team and apply AI-accelerated migration within established architecture and controls.
Requirements
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency status
- 18+ years of experience in data migration on large, complex PLM or enterprise programs with delivery-lead accountability.
- Experience leading onshore–offshore migration teams.
- Hands-on experience with legacy PDM-to-Teamcenter data-model mapping and migration strategy.
- Strong expertise in data-quality evaluation, cleansing, reconciliation, and migration lead-time estimation.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or another regulated industry.
