Senior Engineering Team Manager (AI)

Location: On site in Southlake, Texas, United States

Salary: USD $190,000–$220,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead the transformation of software development, delivery, and scaling across the Portfolio Accounting Data Loads organization.
• Embed automation, intelligent workflows, and agentic AI across design, development, testing, and operations.
• Set the vision for high-volume, transaction-driven data platforms, ensuring accuracy, availability, and usability.
• Drive cloud modernization, distributed data platform strategy, and clear engineering standards.
• Partner with architecture, product, infrastructure, security, and operations teams on scalable solutions.
• Build and lead global engineering teams and align capabilities with AI-driven development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in senior engineering leadership or management roles, including leadership of global teams in hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience with distributed data platforms, NoSQL and relational databases, including Aerospike, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud architectures and migrations involving GCP, PCF, or Red Hat OpenShift.
• Experience with enterprise messaging and event systems such as Kafka or IBM MQ.
• Practical experience applying GenAI and AI-assisted development tools in engineering workflows.
• Strong software engineering, transformation leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# and .NET applications in Linux or Windows cloud environments.
• Experience transforming legacy engineering practices into automated, AI-enabled development approaches.
• Experience developing AI-capable engineering talent and fostering experimentation and continuous improvement.
