What you will do

• Lead, develop, and grow a team of software engineers, managing performance and professional development.
• Own the team’s delivery, quality, and operational health in partnership with product and design.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure sound architecture and engineering standards.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tooling to improve velocity and quality.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new engineers while fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Remove blockers and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure roadmap execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Strong technical foundation for guiding architecture and code reviews.
• Demonstrated success in driving team planning and engineering practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
