Senior Solution Architect (Microsoft/Salesforce)

Location: Denver, Colorado, with 3 days in-office and 2 flexible days, or remote within the United States

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base salary plus bonus

What you will do

• Define end-to-end solution architectures across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power Platform, and Salesforce.
• Establish architectural standards, design patterns, governance frameworks, and integration blueprints.
• Design and oversee cross-platform integrations using REST APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and data synchronization models.
• Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and governance or design authority meetings.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs with Business Analysts and Product Owners.
• Provide implementation oversight, identify technical debt and scalability risks, and support modernization roadmaps.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or senior-level technical design within complex enterprise environments.
• Deep experience with Microsoft ecosystems and/or Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform extensibility.
• Strong experience designing secure, scalable, multi-system enterprise solutions and integrations.
• Knowledge of cloud-native design principles, distributed systems, enterprise data architecture, and data modeling.
• Experience with enterprise transformation, modernization, governance-driven delivery, or portfolio-managed environments.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions clearly to executive and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Salesforce Architect, or comparable certification.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience in asset-intensive, infrastructure, or operationally complex industries.
