Salary: $174,100–$216,800 USD, inclusive of potential bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead configuration, conceptual design, planning, testing, and deployment for enterprise-level Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance projects.
• Define solution blueprints, architecture strategies, estimates, roadmaps, and statements of work with technical architecture, project management, and sales teams.
• Gather requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis, create functional specifications, and translate business needs into scalable solution architecture.
• Advise projects throughout design, development, testing, deployment, upgrades, integrations, and post-live support.
• Lead project teams and client relationships, supporting organizational adoption, training, user acceptance testing, and issue resolution.
• Track delivery activities in Azure DevOps, monitor Microsoft releases, support pre-sales, and contribute to implementation methodology improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct functional and technical experience leading full-lifecycle implementations.
• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&SCM Finance architecture, AX 2009/2012, X++, .NET, Microsoft-hosted environments, and release management processes.
• Experience designing complex integrations and customizations, with knowledge of integration architecture, data architecture, Power Platform, and ISV solutions.
• Experience with enterprise-level project leadership, requirements gathering, Fit-Gap analysis, system upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, accounting, business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and willingness to travel up to 25% are required.

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Corporate finance industry experience and knowledge of finance solutions.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications such as MB-310, MB-330, or MB-700.
