Location: Hybrid, with reporting to the Bloomington, MN office three days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 base salary per year, excluding variable compensation.

What you will do

• Lead payroll implementations for new and expanding customers through activation and go-live.
• Define implementation plans, milestones, sequencing, customer responsibilities, and delivery governance.
• Run discovery sessions, gather requirements, and translate business needs into configuration strategies.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with payroll partner Salsa and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Oversee configuration, testing, readiness validation, and activation planning.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, analyze performance trends, and improve implementation methodologies and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5–8+ years of experience in implementation, project management, payroll services, or customer-facing delivery.
• Experience independently leading complex customer implementations or onboarding engagements.
• Experience coordinating third-party partners or vendors in a structured delivery environment.
• Strong project planning, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%, including overnight travel, and adopt AI tools responsibly.

• Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled service environments.
