What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments and software launches to ensure successful adoption.
• Educate clients on advanced platform capabilities and provide best practice recommendations.
• Lead client onboarding activities, including core connectivity and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and clients to meet key project milestones.
• Proactively identify and resolve implementation issues before they become escalations.
• Maintain project schedules and organize tasks to maximize productivity and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities simultaneously.
