Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States (hybrid)

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead customer discovery sessions, implementation planning, project kickoffs, timelines, milestones, and communication plans.
• Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through production go-live.
• Configure CommunityPass and CyberGolf based on customer requirements and implementation best practices.
• Coordinate product, engineering, third-party integration, and payment processing dependencies.
• Deliver customer training, knowledge transfer, readiness planning, and adoption activities.
• Manage risks and scope, validate go-live readiness, document outcomes, and transition customers to Customer Success and Support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, customer onboarding, consulting, project management, or a related customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, relationship management, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business process discovery, requirements translation, implementation planning, software solutions, customer training, and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, virtual collaboration tools, and a Professional Services Automation platform such as Kantata or an equivalent solution.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing SaaS or cloud-based software in a customer-facing consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience with recreation management, golf operations, municipal, education, nonprofit, membership, or association management software.
• Experience with software configuration, testing, data migration, CRM, ERP, or Association Management Systems.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum.
