Sr Product Manager (Crypto)

Location: Full-time onsite at the Palo Alto office, United States

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 USD base salary annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

hirify.global provides regulated digital asset infrastructure, including custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement services for institutional and retail customers.

What you will do

• Turn product theses into focused consumer products by identifying the first user, initial wedge, and smallest valuable version.
• Ship live products in approximately ninety days using hirify.global's custody, stablecoin, and settlement infrastructure.
• Write product specifications, lead execution, make tradeoffs, and cut scope to meet deadlines.
• Define measurable success criteria before launch and use results to determine product direction.
• Scale products that demonstrate traction or shut them down when the numbers do not support continuation.
• Work directly with the CEO and Head of Labs in a small, fast-moving product environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including some consumer product experience.
• Experience taking a product from zero to one through a startup, side project, or new team within a larger company.
• Ability to prototype with AI tools, build working demos, and perform independent analysis.
• Comfort with crypto or the ability to quickly understand how crypto infrastructure enables new consumer products.
• Strong decision-making skills and comfort working without a stable roadmap, large team, or established committee structure.
• Ability to objectively evaluate and shut down products that do not meet predefined goals.
