Product Manager (Fraud & ATO)

Salary: $96,000–$192,000 annually, plus equity, bonus, wellness allowance, and benefits for US employees.

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for fraud and account takeover prevention solutions, including the case management revamp.
• Lead fraud feature delivery from discovery and design through implementation and launch.
• Define technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes with Engineering.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Risk, Fraud Strategy, Operations, and external vendors across jurisdictions.
• Build investigation, risk detection, user protection, monitoring, and alerting capabilities while minimizing client friction.
• Prioritize initiatives that improve attribution accuracy and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of fraud processes and infrastructure, including experience with fraud or account takeover detection and prevention.
• Experience with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.
• Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with account takeover or identity management.
• Experience with AI-powered case management automation.
• Experience with legal, compliance, or traditional finance regulations.
