Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Advise hiring managers on proactive and creative approaches to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through HireEz, LinkedIn, applications, and referrals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
• Collaborate with compensation, people business partners, legal, and finance teams.
• Use data and analytics to improve recruitment strategies and decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter in the technology industry.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
• Ability to assess technical skills and evaluate candidates.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse is preferred.
• Experience using data and analytics to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations within a rapidly evolving technology organization.
