Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle Fusion HCM)

Location: Remote within the United States; support is provided for a government contract with a client in Washington, DC. US citizenship, work authorization, and an active Public Trust clearance are required.

Salary: $60,000–$180,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Configure assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules for federal baseline and client-specific requirements.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, document requirements, recommend resolutions, and assess effort and risk.
• Determine whether requirements are met out of the box, through configuration, or through customization, prioritizing forward-compatible solutions.
• Develop functional design documentation and configuration workbooks.
• Build and execute test scripts, support UAT and shadow-mode operations, and drive defect resolution.
• Validate releases in non-production and production environments and create CDRL materials, release notes, training content, and online help.

Requirements

• US citizenship and authorization to work in the United States.
• Active Public Trust clearance.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant functional or technical experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration experience in at least one module.
• Experience gathering requirements, producing functional design documentation, supporting UAT cycles, and managing production releases.

Nice to have

• Federal HR experience and familiarity with GPPA, the Guide to Data Standards, and EHRI reporting.
• Experience migrating from PeopleSoft HCM or a legacy mainframe HR system.
• Multi-module Fusion HCM experience.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
