Senior Oracle Supply Chain Specialist (Oracle Fusion)

What you will do

• Act as the functional authority for Oracle Fusion Product Management and Supply Chain Management modules, including Product Development, Product Information Management, Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, Logistics, and Contract Manufacturing and Planning integrations.
• Design and continuously evolve global source-to-pay, inventory optimization, and manufacturing execution interface processes.
• Oversee post-go-live performance tuning and optimization across core supply chain processes.
• Define technical standards for Oracle Integration Cloud integrations between Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, WMS, and other operational platforms.
• Manage security architecture, role governance, performance benchmarking, monitoring, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
• Lead data quality, data conversion, and master data governance for items, suppliers, and locations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing and supporting supply chain management systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing or managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including leadership of a full-lifecycle Supply Chain Management implementation.
• Experience establishing IT governance, managing operational risks, and ensuring technical compliance, including SOX controls, in a cloud environment.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team development skills.
• Active certifications in relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Application modules.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, and authorization to receive technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience with major ERP migration programs from legacy ERP environments.
• Experience with electronic manufacturing or assembly environments and shop-floor integrations with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing or Inventory.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
