Procurement Systems Developer (Oracle Fusion/Zip)

Location: Hybrid; available for hires based in Seattle, Washington

Salary: $114,000–$156,000 annual salary for Seattle-based hires

What you will do

• Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay process across Zip and Oracle Fusion.
• Configure Zip intake workflows and Oracle Fusion requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals.
• Manage the Zip-to-Oracle API integration, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier master data, and compliance screening.
• Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Accounting, translating policies into system logic.
• Govern category codes, cost centers, tax attributes, system changes, and quarterly platform releases.
• Lead the adoption and governance of Oracle AI procurement agents, ensuring automation is compliant, auditable, and efficient.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement and/or 2+ years of experience with Zip HQ.
• Deep knowledge of the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, three-way matching, encumbrance accounting, and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERP systems.
• Ability to map complex cross-functional processes and identify automation and bottleneck-removal opportunities.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing changes in a live production environment.
• Hybrid work is available for Seattle, Washington-based hires.

Nice to have

• Experience with organizations transitioning to the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Global Trade Management.
• Experience with supporting software such as Ironclad or Navan.
• Data center infrastructure industry experience.
• Oracle Cloud or related product and functional certifications.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
