Bilingual Data Specialist (Group Insurance)

Location: Montreal, Québec, Canada; hybrid with on-site presence required as needed

Pay range: $53,235–$66,544 CAD per year, plus eligibility for performance-based incentive programs

What you will do

• Manage existing interfaces, client requests, deliverables, timelines, and renewals for clients using the Flexit group insurance plan administration system.
• Provide technical support, act as a first point of contact for problem solving, and assist clients with daily operations.
• Analyze solutions for projects affecting customer experience and recommend process improvements.
• Develop automation tools to simplify group insurance plan administration and support new interface implementations.
• Set up new clients, update and validate data, and document operational transfer procedures.
• Develop test plans, execute test cases, and coordinate implementation tasks with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• College diploma, university degree, or relevant experience in requirements analysis.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of group insurance and the relationship between user requirements and IT systems.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and the Office Suite, with the ability to handle and organize data.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French required to support clients and communicate with internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VBA and SQL interfaces and languages.
