What you will do

• Support the design and development of next-gen measurement, attribution, and performance capabilities.
• Utilize data analysis to provide strategic recommendations that drive company growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to architect solutions for identified problem statements.
• Troubleshoot technical performance challenges and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Design and execute experiments to validate hypotheses and scale best practices.
• Conduct market research to identify trends within the AdTech and MarTech landscape.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a technical analytics role.
• Exceptional proficiency with Python and core data science libraries.
• Strong SQL competency with experience in cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Solid grounding in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects within cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada.
