Instructional Designer IV

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $80,400–$105,000, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead organizational, task, learner, and performance analyses and recommend learning or non-training solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning programs, including curricula, assessments, multimedia assets, and performance support tools.
• Lead enterprise new-hire onboarding by coordinating stakeholders, managing training logistics, facilitating sessions, and monitoring learner progress.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using surveys, assessments, operational metrics, learner feedback, and performance data.
• Support LMS administration, learning technology deployment, tracking, reporting, and virtual learning delivery.
• Establish instructional design standards, mentor team members, and manage multiple high-priority projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and seven or more years of progressive experience in instructional design, learning and development, talent development, or enterprise training.
• Experience creating instructor-led, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, LMS platforms, preferably Workday Learning, and virtual learning technologies.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, consulting, stakeholder management, data analysis, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive learning practices, LMS reporting, and learning effectiveness evaluation.
• Fluent English reading and writing skills required; the role is remote within the United States.
