What you will do

• Manage, maintain, and continually improve the Environmental Health and Safety Management System across the EMEA region.
• Develop and deliver health and safety strategies with business leaders and drive improvements against defined goals.
• Conduct risk assessments, emergency evacuation drills, safety briefings, and incident investigations, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Pre-qualify contractors and review vendor risk assessments and method statements for work on hirify.global premises.
• Coordinate training, inductions, safety meetings, and special-event health and safety requirements.
• Support security, crisis management, business continuity, regulatory liaison, compliance audits, and weekly EHS reporting.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
• Experience managing an EHS Management System and auditing compliance with standards and local legal requirements.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, emergency response activities, and accident investigations.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, external agencies, regulators, and business stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining EHS metrics, training matrices, incident data, and corrective-action tracking.
